South-South

South-South Cooperation:  Mobilization and exchange of human, technical, financial, material, experience and technologies between countries with similar national circumstances. It is defined as South-South cooperation, because it takes place between countries located in Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia and Africa. It excludes all developed countries.
